Under the Additional Director (Technical) are two Joint directors. Joint Director (higher) and Joint Director (upgraded)

• Under the Joint Director (higher) is the Deputy Director (higher).
  • The Finance Officer, Accounts Officer and Principals of all Government Colleges are directly under the control of the Deputy Director Higher.
    • Under all Principals are Vice Principals, following them in the heirarchy are the lecturers.
• Under the Joint Director (upgraded) is the Deputy Director Technical.
  • The Principals of all Government run Polytechnics are directly under the control of the Deputy Director Technical.
    • Under all Principals are Heads of Departments, following them in the heirarchy are the lecturers.
