Advertisements of scholarship schemes are generally given to the press and Government of Meghalaya website (http://meghalaya.gov.in) just before or after the publication of board and university results

Forms of the same can be downloaded from the site or forms can be collected from the directorate of Higher and Technical Education, College Branch, MATI Building, Room No 206.

Last date for receiving applications is normally mid/end August or as per the notification which has been issued or may be issue from time to time by a competent authority.

Subject to any specific direction from competent authority that will be duly notified. Scholarship forms are to be collected by respective Inspectorate of schools, Principals of Colleges, Registrar or authorised persons from universities etc in the month of May/June/July
